Frequently asked

Is alcohol included in your packages?
No. By Florida state law, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. You supply the alcohol of your choice, and we take care of the rest. If needed, we can coordinate alcohol pickup through one of our trusted partners.
How much alcohol should we plan for?
We’ll help you determine the right quantities based on your guest count and menu, ensuring you’re fully covered without over-purchasing.
Do you serve mocktails?
Yes. Mocktails require the same mixers, garnishes, and preparation as cocktails, so pricing remains the same.
Are you insured?
Yes. Carnevale Bar carries General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Can your Vespa fit indoors?
Yes. The Vespa bar is 37 inches wide, intentionally designed to pass through standard gates, doorways, and most venue access points.
How does your tap system stay cold?
We use an Instant Chill Draft System that cools beverages as they pour, with no ice or refrigeration required.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically requires about 1 hour. We handle full setup and teardown.
